It is in good location to a multi - purpose stadium, set just close to the hotel. A stunning restaurant has outstanding food. 100% recommend to anyone.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a fantastic king-size bed and a breathtaking view from the room. The location was a bit far from the city center, but everything I needed was conveniently available in the same building, including various restaurants, a spa, a gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to assist with a flat tire on our car upon arrival.

While the breakfast offerings were good overall, one thing that could have made it better was faster service and more attentiveness from the staff. Waiting almost half an hour for milk and receiving damaged teacups was below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay, making sure all my needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel for its amazing views, luxurious rooms, and attentive service.

I got great value for my money with an amazing view from my executive suite at The Ritz-Carlton. The room was very nice and the hotel's location, close to the biggest mall, was convenient. The staff treated me and my wife wonderfully, with nice and polite service throughout our stay.

the ritz-carlton in almaty exceeded my expectations. the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment i arrived. the spa was serene and tranquil, and the hotel's convenient location near a large mall was a huge plus. the view from my room was fantastic, and the free late check-out was a nice bonus. highly recommend!

This hotel is located in the upscale area of the city, with a very upscale mall just steps away. The rooms offer stunning views overlooking the complete Alatau mountain ranges, which is a treat for nature lovers. Additionally, the hotel provides all the basic amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are diverse, catering to all tastes.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was just perfect.

Complimentary fruit tea and hot towel were nice touches upon arrival. The view from the high floor was amazing. The hotel is located near a high-end mall and Starbucks, which was convenient.
